We have a long history and solid experience in modelling, which means that we can offer a cost-effective solution where time spent early on in the project makes work with the moulding tool more efficient. We\u2019re happy to help with creating your 3D model based on your ideas and supporting documents such as sketches, drawings, etc. We can offer the benefits of many years of expertise in tool-adapted construction. Over the course of the project, we can transmit the 3D file in the desired neutral format for a simple and effective dialogue with the customer.<\/p>\n
Tool customisation for the customer’s 3D model<\/h3>\n
When the tool customisation is about to begin, we usually receive a 3D model, sent to us by the customer. We then review the 3D model to ensure it\u2019s adequately constructed, in some cases some revisions and corrections are needed.<\/p>\n
Prototypes<\/h3>\n
In cases where you need physical prototypes, we are of course able to produce them. Prototyping simplifies and minimises unnecessary tooling changes, which also saves a lot of money from the total tooling cost.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The tool layout consists of a 2D drawing, where the part manufacturer will come in with his\/her ideas and comments which will then form the basis of the final 3D construction.<\/p>\n

Tool construction is really the hub of tool production. We put a lot of energy into developing the most secure and efficient solutions for each individual component. Our tool construction is based on many years of knowledge. The tool design becomes the basis around which the component manufacturer builds their manufacturing process. For this reason, we see it as a real strength that we are responsive and always listening to the customer’s input and ideas about the construction. In this way, we\u2019re always building close and well-functioning collaborations with our customers. When we design tools, we\u2019re also careful about process safety so that no unnecessary damage occurs and that parts that become worn are always replaceable.<\/p>\n<\/div>
